The HR People commenced in 2009 to assist small to medium size enterprises with their Human Resources requirements. Our aim is to focus on the HR aspects of your business allowing you to focus on your business.
Our plan is to ensure that your business is meeting its legislative and staff requirements. This report provides an in-depth list of where your business is at and from this, we create an Agenda with items that are prioritised and each of these items are priced.
We obtain approval for each item prior to commencement, so all work is pre-approved prior to proceeding. We send a report on a monthly basis, outlining where the plan is up to.
We appreciate that the HR Audit is fairly in depth look at your business and assure you that our team work at a level of complete confidentiality, however, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if required.
If you aren’t compliant in this area, you could open yourself up to huge fines from Fair Work and/or Workplace Health & Safety.

Cost
The cost of the plan is $540 plus GST.
Our hourly rate moving forward is $180 plus GST.
There are no contracts. We work on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) service model.
